These terms govern the use of the FinKlaro mobile app, public website, and related services.

Using FinKlaro

You remain responsible for the business data entered into the app and for checking exported documents before formal external use.

  • Creating an account means you accept these Terms of use and the FinKlaro Privacy policy.
  • If you create or use an account for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
  • FinKlaro supports daily business operations but does not replace legal or tax advice.
  • Generated receipts and exported documents should be reviewed before external compliance, tax, or legal use.
  • You are responsible for controlling the phones, contacts, and accounts used in your business.

Account and device security

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for acting promptly if a phone, PIN, or connected device is no longer trusted.

  • Keep your phone, PIN, OTP codes, and connected devices under your control.
  • Do not share account credentials or verification codes with unauthorized persons.
  • If a connected phone is lost, sold, transferred, or no longer trusted, you should remove or replace it as soon as possible.
  • FinKlaro may suspend, limit, or review access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or the affected business.

Service updates

FinKlaro may update, improve, limit, suspend, or retire app flows, public content, and service features to improve quality, clarity, security, and reliability.

  • Feature availability may evolve as the service matures.
  • Support and recovery procedures may change to improve continuity and security.
  • FinKlaro aims to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.
  • Material updates to these terms or related legal pages may be published on the website or surfaced in the app.
