Privacy policy

This policy explains how FinKlaro collects, uses, stores, and protects account, business, support, and website data across the mobile app, backend services, and public website.

Account access and connected devices

FinKlaro uses phone-based sign-in, PIN protection, OTP verification for sensitive account actions, and device identifiers so each business can control which phones are connected and reduce unauthorized access.

  • Your phone number is used for account access, account recovery, and connected-phone verification.
  • OTP codes can be requested during registration, recovery, and new-device verification.
  • Device identifiers and device labels are used to manage connected phones, recovery, security events, and writer-device changes.

Business data

FinKlaro processes the information you record in the app so it can provide sales, stock, receipts, customer balance, supplier balance, synchronization, recovery, and backup features.

  • Sales, expenses, stock, receipts, and related records may be stored on the phone first before synchronization.
  • When synchronized, this data can be stored in FinKlaro backend systems for backup, continuity, and service operation.
  • Receipts and exported proofs may include the transaction details needed for normal business use.
  • You remain responsible for making sure the business data you enter and the documents you share are accurate and lawful for your context.

Website and support requests

If you contact FinKlaro through the website or support channels, FinKlaro processes the information you provide so it can answer your request, follow up, and protect the support service.

  • Website contact submissions can include your name, a reachable contact, and the content of your message.
  • Support requests and responses may be logged for service quality, continuity, abuse prevention, and follow-up.
  • Do not send OTP codes, PIN values, or other secrets through public contact forms or ordinary email.

Service and security

FinKlaro uses service records to keep the app reliable, secure, and accountable.

  • Access changes, customer support actions, and service logs may be recorded.
  • This can include sign-in attempts, connected-phone changes, sync events, and recovery actions.
  • Authorized FinKlaro personnel may access these records only when reasonably necessary for support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service protection.
  • These records help improve service quality, security, and continuity.

Consent and legal documents

Before creating a FinKlaro account, the app asks you to review and accept the Terms of use and this Privacy policy.

  • The public legal pages are available from the website and from inside the app.
  • Completing account creation confirms that you reviewed and accepted these documents.
  • If these documents change materially, FinKlaro may publish updated versions on the website and may update the app or website flows to surface them again.

Account closure and deletion requests

You can delete your FinKlaro account from inside the mobile app. If you cannot access the app, contact FinKlaro support and request deletion manually.

  • When an account is closed, access to the service is disabled across connected phones.
  • Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, service integrity, operational auditing, or record-keeping obligations that apply to our operations.
  • Support can still help if you cannot sign in or no longer have access to your business phone.
